Service Agreement

By scheduling dryer repair service with Cedar Rapids Dryer Repair, you agree to the following terms. Our technicians will perform a diagnostic assessment upon arrival and provide a written or verbal quote before performing any repair work.

Diagnostic Fee Policy

We do not charge a diagnostic fee if you decline the repair after receiving our quote. If you approve the repair and it is completed, the diagnostic assessment is included in the repair price. There are no hidden fees.

Warranty

All parts and labor are warrantied for 90 days from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within 90 days due to a defective part or workmanship error, we will return and correct it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated failures, damage caused by improper use, or blocked dryer vents.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, personal check, and major credit and debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at (319) 403-3696 at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you to reschedule promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Cedar Rapids Dryer Repair carries general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from a service appointment is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including damage to clothing, laundry delays, or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. By scheduling service, you agree to resolve any disputes in Linn County, Iowa.
